THE GOVERNANCE OF SONAD.

SONAD shall be governed by two organs which are the General Assembly and the Executive Board.

The General Assembly.

The supreme decision making body of the association is the General Assembly. It consists of delegates representing Ordinary Members. Each Ordinary member is entitled to send three delegates to the General Assembly.

The Executive Board of SONAD.

The Executive Board of SONAD Shall be composed solely of members elected by the General Assembly.

The Executive Board shall be composed of a President, Vice President, Secretary general, Deputy Secretary General, Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer.

The Executive Board may appoint any person as a co-opted member of the Executive committee to provide expertise or may employ any person as their administrative assistant in the day to day running of the secretariat.
